JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of D.P. Act.

Petitioner happens to be mother in law of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 28.05.2016. The husband of the petitioner has already been granted privilege of bail by this court vide order dated 22.10.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28065 of 2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
