Two liters of country made wine along with equipment for the preparation thereof were seized from the possession of the petitioner for that, petitioner happens to be under custody since 13.07.2016. As per para 3 of the petition, it is evident that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent Accordingly, petitioner Rajendra Choudhary is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura, in connection with Case No. 125 C-2 of 2016.
