2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No. 485/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 329(4), 126(2), 115(2), 103(1), 352 and 3(5) of B.N.S.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and others are said to have assaulted the deceased.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is next submitted that there is general and omnibus allegations against the petitioner. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner has clean antecedent and she is in custody since 29.12.2025 The petitioner undertakes to co-

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the general and omnibus allegations against the petitioner as well as the fact that petitioner is a woman, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Araria /concerned Court below in connection with Palasi P.S.
