This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 395 and 398 of the Indian Penal Code. The alleged dacoity was committed by unknown person. The petitioner was implicated on the information of spy. The petitioner has stated on oath that on similar circumstance coaccused, Nagesh Kumar, has already been allowed bail by another Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 34414 of 2016. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mohiuddin Nagar P.S. Case No. 102 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV, Samastipur, or successor Court. (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
