This petition is filed for extension of period of surrender of the petitioners in the court below in pursuance of order dated 28.06.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.34118 of 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners had gone outside their village to earn their livelihood and, therefore, they could not surrender in the curt below in time. The petitioners got information and returned to their home but by that time the period for surrender of the petitioners had expired.

Taking into consideration the facts, this petition is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63527 of 2018(2) dt.13-02-2019 2/2 allowed. The period for surrender of the petitioners in the court below, i.e. Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Siwan in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No.192 of 2017, is extended for four weeks from today. The order shall be read in continuation of order dated 28.06.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.34118 of 2018.
