Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 325, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Although petitioner is named in the first information report but no specific overt act has been attributed against him. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Piyar P.S.Case No. 25 of 2020.
