2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Bhelahi P.S. Case No. 11 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 317(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(B) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 6.2 Kg of ganja has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are in jail since 20.01.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21514 of 2025(2) dt.23-04-2025 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the fact that there is a huge recovery of ganja, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
