The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 214 of 2018 registered under Sections 120B, 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 427, 307, 323, 338, 332, 353, 393, 452 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 75704 of 2018 on 20.12.2018.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
