2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 1203 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498(A) of the IPC.

3. It is a case of matrimonial dispute. As per allegation, the marriage of daughter of the informant was solemnized with the petitioner. After marriage, the petitioner along with his family members demanded Rs. 2 lakh and a motorcycle. Thereafter, due to non-fulfillment of dowry demand, the accused persons subjected the victim to cruelty and

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clean antecedent. He has submitted further that the matter has amicable been resolved between the parties. The petitioner is under custody since 20.01.2024.

5. Both the parties have submitted that the matter has amicable been resolved between the parties.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M. East Muzaffarpur in connection with B.P. No. 231 of 2024 arising out of Complaint Case No. 1203 of 2018, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
