It is stated by counsel for the petitioners that in order dated 09.09.2015 Cr. Misc. No.47257 of 2014 and police station case number i.e. S.C/S.T P.S. Case No.89 of 2014 pending in the court of A.C.J.M. Gaya have not been mentioned and, as such, the petitioners have difficulty in bearing the fruit of the order. In view of aforesaid, this Court clarifies that the order dated 09.09.2015 passed in this application was in connection with Cr. Misc. No.47257 of 2014 pending in the court of A.C.J.M. Gaya in S.C/S.T. P.S. Case No. 89 of 2014. Since the time
