28.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The present application seeks modification of order dated 15.10.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24339 of 2014 to the extent that in the name of the petitioner the alias 'Wanted' be added.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the name of the petitioner is Md. Rinku @ Banty but in the remand order while taking him into judicial custody, it was mentioned as Md. Rinku @ Wanted. Accordingly, prayer is made to add the alias 'Wanted' in the name of the petitioner in the order dated 15.10.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 24339 of 2014. Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties, let the alias 'Wanted' be added in the name of the petitioner in the cause title of the order dated 15.10.2014 passed in Cr.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44956 of 2014 (2) dt.28-01-2015 2/2 Misc. No. 24339 of 2014.

The rest of the terms and conditions of the order shall remain unchanged.

The application stands disposed off.
