Petitioner seeks bail in Anti P.S. Case No.45 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 16.08.2018 having clean antecedents. It is alleged in the written report that Khalasi, who had accompanied son of the informant in truck, namely, Anuj Yadav told that one Sanjay Paswan had fired on son of the informant and thereafter he fled away. He has further taken name of cousin brother of Sanjay Paswan, namely, Ranjeet Paswan, and brother-in-law of Sanjay Paswan, namely, Ranjeet Paswan.

Petitioner is in custody since 16.08.2018.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VII, Gaya, in connection with Anti P.S. Case No.45 of 2014, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
