2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.Tr. No.1351 of 2024 arising out of Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No.293 of 2024 lodged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323 and 307 of the IPC read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 01.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.68745 of 2024 with liberty that he may renew his prayer for bail three months after framing of charge.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner's antecedent is not clean and he is in custody since 29.05.2024. There are 2 criminal cases pending against him. He further submits that charge has already been framed on 07.12.2024 and more than three months have already been

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and from the report, it transpires that out of 4 chargesheet witnesses, 3 witnesses have already been examined and only one witness has to be examined now.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, it transpires to this Court that no purpose shall be served keeping the petitioner in custody and more than three months have already lapsed after framing of charge. As such, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail, but only on being satisfied by the trial court that the petitioner is not absconding in any cases i.e., (i) Bakhtiarpur P.S. Case No.243 of 2020 (ii) Bakhtiarpur P.S. Case No.216 of 2023 which are pending against him, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) as mentioned in Section 2(1) (d) of the BNSS, 2023 to the satisfaction of Addl. District & Sessions Judge-VI, Barh (Patna) in connection with S.Tr. No.1351 of 2024 arising out of Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No.293 of 2024, subject to the following conditions as laid down under Section 480(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
