Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences under Sections 147, 249, 341, 323, 337, 325, 379, 427, 308, 295, 295A and 296 of the Penal Code pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan.

Prayer for grant of bail in the event of arrest on behalf of the petitioner is disposed of exactly in the same terms which is contained in Order No. 2 dated 21.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26824 of 2015, said order be also deemed to be part of the present order.
