====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-08-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners, informant and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioners are languishing in custody since 27.11.2015 in connection with Panchrukhi P.S. Case No. 301 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 364(A)/34, 302, 201 and 120(B) of the IPC.
The prosecution story, in brief, is that the brother of the informant, in course of morning walk, was kidnapped by six unknown criminals forcibly from the Railway Platform, Panchrukhi with intention to kill or ransom.

No.25824 of 2016 (3) dt.16-08-2016 2/2 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 27.11.2015 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. There is no allegation of tampering of the witnesses alleged against the petitioners. They have got no criminal antecedent. They are not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioners has come on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. They are the ladies. The other co-accused have been granted bail by another co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 18792 of 2016 and 20873 of 2016. On behalf of the learned counsels for the informant and the State, it has been submitted that the petitioners are not named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VII, Siwan, in connection with Panchrukhi P.S.
