The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Sections 30 (a)(b)(c), 38 and 41(a)(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 25.220 liters of foreign liquor was recovered in a bag from the motorcycle which was being driven by the petitioner. It is contended that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is urged that the petitioner is in custody since 06.09.2018.

Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-
