The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant is not an eyewitness of the occurrence. Some other unknown person informed that someone had committed the murder of the father of the informant. During investigation one witness stated that the petitioner was seen fleeing from the place of occurrence and on that reason the petitioner has been implicated in this case. The land dispute is the reason for suspicion.

Considering the aforesaid material, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19586 of 2019(5) dt.03-06-2019 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No.684 of 2018, arising out of Town P.S. Case No.149 of 2018, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below having immovable property in his name.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
