Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B) A and 26 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 26.11.2019 on the accusation that one country made loaded katta and some articles of house hold were recovered from possession of the petitioner. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and as a

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Balia P.S.
