This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The first information report was lodged of missing of Priti Kumari Dubey. The petitioner is suspected to have enticed her to go with him. The victim-girl in her statement under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code stated that she had voluntarily gone with the petitioner as she had love affairs with the petitioner.

Considering the statement of the victim-girl, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Asaon P.S. Case No.
