Petitioner seeks bail in Mairwa P.S. Case No.229 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273, 414/34 Indian Penal Code and Sections 30, 38, 41 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that 19 litres country made liquor has been recovered from the possession of petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 22.06.2018 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63505 of 2018 (2) dt.12-10-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-IIcum-Special Judge, Excise, Siwan, in connection with Mairwa P.S.
