Petitioner is accused in connection with G.O. Case No. 117 of 2020 arising out of Bahera P.S. Case No. 34 of 2020 registered under Sections 30(a) of the Excise Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 24.01.2020.
