This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation of commission of theft is against unknown. Name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused, Yodha Lal. The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 343 of 2016 to
