The Petitioner apprehends her arrest in Sanjhauli P.S. Case No.85 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 8, 20(b) (ii) (B) of the NDPS Act pending in the Court of the Additional Sessions Judge, VIII, Rohtas at Sasaram. It is alleged that on confidential information that this petitioner and her husband are indulging in illegal sale of Ganja from their house, police raided the house and recovered 16.240 Kg. Ganja. Seizure list was prepared in presence of witnesses. The petitioner and her husband had run away from the house.
In view of such, this Court does not find it a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7361 of 2017 (3) dt.28-03-2017 2/2 Prayer is rejected.
The petitioner may surrender before the Court below and seek regular bail, which shall be considered and disposed of on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order. (Sanjay Priya, J) JA/- U T
