2. This is the 2nd attempt of the petitioner seeking bail in connection with Jogbani P.S. Case No. 192 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20(B)(ii)(c) of the NDPS Act.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected on 19.02.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 9320 of 2025 which reads as follows:- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jogbani P.S. Case No. 192 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20(B)(ii)(c) of the NDPS Act.

3. There is recovery of 114.500 K.g. of Ganja.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 21.09.2024.

5. Considering the huge recovery, this application is dismissed.
