Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 88 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A/26 of the Arms Act.
Earlier, the bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 4.2.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6244 of 2020 but liberty was given to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
Learned counsel of the petitioner submits that the charge has already been framed against the petitioner and the petitioner is in jail custody since 23.5.2019. Learned counsel of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20112 of 2020(2) dt.15-07-2020 2/2 the petitioner, further, submits that, no doubt, earlier petitioner was made accused in six cases but out of the aforesaid six cases petitioner has already been granted bail in five cases. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sheohar/concerned court in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 88/2019.
