The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 80 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections-363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The victim has stated in her statement recorded u/S 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure that this petitioner put intoxicated cloth on her mouth at the time of her kidnapping but admittedly, the victim was recovered at Goa and along with the victim, co-accused, Shravan Paswan was apprehended. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of
