The petitioner is in custody in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 25 of 2020 for the offence under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 21.01.2020. He further submits that in the instant case total 22.500 litres of foreign liquor was seized from Gumti shop. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 21.01.2020, the Court is inclined to grant bail to him. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing his personal bond to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions
