The petitioner seeks bail in G.R. No. 4152/2017, arising out of Pirpainti P.S. Cas No. 212/2017, instituted for offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 498(A), 307, 327, 504, 354(B), 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is husband of deceased.

It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence petitioner along with Mukesh Das and Bhuali Das entered in the house of informant. They assaulted the informant. The mother and brother of informant came to rescue then they were also assaulted by accused persons. Petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the mother of informant with iron punch on her nose. Bhuali Das was pressing the neck of brother of informant.

Petitioner is in custody since 09.08.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Xith, Bhagalpur, in connection with G.R. No. 4152/2017, arising out of Pirpainti P.S. Cas No. 212/2017, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
