The petitioner seeks bail in Aurai P.S. Case No. 102/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant lodged the case against unknown for snatching his motorcycle and Rs. 2,75,000/- against unknown. During course of investigation one Shanu Kumar was apprehended and he is said to have disclosed the name of Ratan Singh and others including the petitioner. Similarly situated coaccused, namely, Shanu Kumar and Ratan Singh have been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21214/2016 and 39605/2016.
