The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jadopur P.S. Case No. 44 of 2018 registered under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent. The victim, in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr. P.C. (Annexure-2), clearly stated that she used to love with the petitioner and voluntarily, left her house. Further submission is that the victim was medically examined and her age was assessed 17-18 years (Anneuxre-3). Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
