The petitioner seeks bail in Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 174/2016 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 543/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was apprehended along with other accused persons and alleged to have been preparing for committing crime and from possession of the petitioner one country-made pistol with five live cartridges were recovered. For that the petitioner is in jail since 23.04.2016. Petitioner has already remained in jail for more than eight months.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
