The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 11 of 2023 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Later on Section 302 of the IPC was added. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 01.8.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34218 of 2023.

In compliance of the order dated 04.04.2024, a status report has been received dated 26.04.2024 by which it appears that trial will be concluded within a period of six months.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22885 of 2024(3) dt.15-05-2024 2/2 No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner, as such, his prayer is rejected.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed off. The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within the stipulated period of time positively as mentioned in its report failing which the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
