ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-05-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment dated 27.1.2003 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge VI, Begusarai in Criminal Appeal No.31 of 2001, by which he has confirmed the conviction and sentence of the Petitioner passed by order dated 13.2.2001 by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Begusarai in G.R. case No.156 of 1992 (Trial No.449 of 2001).

Having gone through the impugned judgment, I do not find any merit in the application. However, since the occurrence is of the year 1992 the period of sentence is reduced to one already undergone by the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the revision is dismissed.
