The petitioner , who is in custody since 5.6.2016 in Gaya Rail P.S. Case No. 116 of 2016 registered for the offence under section 47(A) of the Excise Act, 2016 and section 137 of the Railway Act , has prayed for grant of bail.
The petitioner was apprehended on an allegation of travelling without ticket. It has been argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that falsely it was alleged regarding recovery of 27 bottles containing 750 ml. each of Indian make foreign

In view of nature of accusation and period of custody, let the petitioner Raju Kumar @ Mithun Kumar be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Gaya Rail P.S. Case No. 116 of 2016.
