The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ander P.S. Case No. 114 of 2017 arising out of Complaint Case No. 677 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 419, 420, 406, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant has implicated the present petitioner only because of the fact that it was the petitioner, who had introduced the informant to one Sudhansu Saurav, an agent, who is used to send workers abroad. It is further submitted that the said Sudhansu Saurav had in fact sent the informant abroad but only because he was not paid over there, the petitioner has also been
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62991 of 2018(2) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 implicated in connection with the present case. The petitioner has no specific role to play, save and except, he had introduced the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned counsel below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Ander P.S.
