The petitioner seeks bail in Imamganj P.S. Case No. 63 of 2013 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 121(A), 124(A), 307, 353, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 3, 4, 5 of Explosive Act and Section 17 of C.L.A. Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that name of this petitioner has been taken by the informant merely on suspicion. It is alleged in the written report that Police team recovered several articles near forest as mentioned in the written report. The informant has raised suspicion against petitioner, other 15 named accused and 100-150 unknown persons.

Petitioner is in custody since 16.7.2018.

Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of G.N. Dubey, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati, Distt. Gaya, in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 63 of 2013, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
