The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is of assaulting the informant when the wife of the informant came to rescue she was also assaulted. It is further alleged that the father of the informant was also assaulted.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41797 of 2015 (2) dt.09-10-2015 2/2 petitioners that except one of the injuries of the informant, his wife and father were found to be simple. There is counter version of the occurrence and petitioners' side have also received simple injuries.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 155 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
