The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jadopur P. S. Case No. 49 of 2016 registered under Sections 272, 273 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) and 47(g) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. Regard being had to the recovery of 17 litres of foreign liquor from the house of the petitioner who is in custody since 18.06.2016, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
