No. 44151 of 2011 for extension of period of surrender.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail for three months by order dated 18.02.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44151 of 2011, whereby petitioner was directed to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, but the petitioner could not surrender within time as he went to Punjab for earning his livelihood.

In view of the fact that petitioner has moved after lapse of nine years for modification of the order dated 18.02.2014, this modification petition stands dismissed. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
