2. Petitioner apprehend his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 303(2), 318(4), 61(2), 336(3), 329(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 66(C) and 66(D) of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
3. As per prosecution story, on 20.09.2024, one coaccused, Pappu Kumar was arrested, who disclosed that he along with this petitioner indulged in online fraud and a search was made in which several incriminating articles, mobile numbers and A.T.Ms. were recovered from the house of Pappu

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, Pappu Kumar. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.
5. Learned counsel for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the accusation and nature of allegation, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Neha/- U T
