Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 104 of 2020, registered for the offences under Sections 341, 307, 323, 324, 325, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal code.

Considering the counter case lodged by the petitioner as contained in annexure-2 of this bail application, this anticipatory bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30807 of 2021(2) dt.30-03-2022 2/2 below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ld. S.D.J.M, Raxaul, East Champaran in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 104 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
