Petitioner is an accused in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 851 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 11.02.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah
