This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Suryapura P.S. Case No. 149 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the fact that there is direct allegation against the petitioner of firing which hit the chest of the injured, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
