Petitioner Muni Lal was apprehended in drunken condition carrying 24 pieces of beer each containing 500 ml and for that is under custody since 24.10.2016.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner Muni Lal is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Complaint Case No.541/2016.
