JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No.416/15 registered under Sections 489(A), 489(B), 489(C), 467, 468, 471, 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that the miscreants were arrested on a motor cycle by the police and on search Rs.4000/- was recovered from the pocket of Mukesh Kumar in denomination of 500 who disclosed that the said money was to be handed over to Dharmendra Sahni (petitioner).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5083 of 2017 (2) dt.17-03-2017 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. However, petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below within six weeks and pray for regular bail which shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
