Petitioner seeks bail in Raushanganj (Banke Bazar) P.S. Case No. 128/18 registered for the offence under Section 30(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Allegation as per the F.I.R. is of recovery of 50 kgs of Mahua flower from the motor cycle of the petitioner. Submission on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case. He is in custody for about two months.

Heard the learned A.P.P. also who opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, stated above, let the petitioner, above
