This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 448, 147, 341, 323, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

For trivial dispute the petitioner allegedly committed assault against the informant when informant had gone to purchase oil from the shop of the petitioner. Further, allegation is of commission of attempt to outrage the modesty of the female members of the family. Considering the nature of allegation, the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Manihari P.S. Case No. 13 of 2017 to the satisfaction of Smt. S.K. Singh,
