Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Vidyapati Nagar P.S. Case No.94 of 2014 for the offences under Sections 323, 342, 498(A), 376/34 and 511 of India Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics and the allegations made against him is wholly improbable. He further submits that since the petitioner

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sri K.D.Rajaji, J.M. 1st Class, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur, in Vidyapati Nagar P.S.Case No.94 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C.
