Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304 (B), 34 , 498 (A) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death.

Petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased.

It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is separate in mess and business. Thrust of allegation is against the husband of the deceased who is already in custody. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20964 of 2023(2) dt.19-05-2023 2/2 from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of J.M. Ist class, Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No 167 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
