The application is for grant of bail for the offence under Sections 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no doubt this is a case under Section 304B of the IPC but as there is allegation of demand of dowry and so far allegation of assault is concerned, it is not against the petitioner rather against the other co-accused, which will appear from perusal of the case diary itself. The petitioner is father-in-law and he is in custody since 24.08.2016.

Having heard both sides. In view of the facts as stated above, which will appear from perusal of the FIR, let petitioner be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55424 of 2016 (2) dt.23-12-2016 2/2 enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, West, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S.Case No.130 of 2014.
